Grounding Meditation

Sit upright in a straight-backed position, with your arms and legs uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor.

Place your right hand just above your pubic bone in your belly, and your left hand behind you at the very base of your tailbone.

Close your eyes and focus in the space in front of you, put the tip of your tongue in the top of your mouth, and breath, feel how the breathing goes in and out from your nose.

Stays centered and envision a circular energy center inside your pelvis, right between your hands. This center is envisioned as a disk 3 - 5 inches in diameter and should be the color red.

Stay in your head envisioning the energy swirling inside this chakra. See a cord or a tube (what ever is easier for you) of this some energy moving straight down. The cord has to be the same diameter as your chakra or just a little bit smaller. If you are envisioning a tube have to be bright coloured plumbing pipe sized grounding tube.

Visualize your chakra as firmly anchored inside your body and see the cord moving down out of your genitals through your chair and into the floor down toward the center of the earth.

Keep breathing, if your eyes drop lift them up again and concentrate in the space in front of you, if your tongue drop, lift it up, stay present in your head and relax.

When you see your cord in the center of the earth anchored right there firmly. Call your full birth name down three times. This is your first grounding cord. Now that you are comfortable being in your head and being grounded destroy your cord completely and create a new cord with your own rules anchored and make your cord have movement make sure that this new cord do not have any tears, resentment, holes, breaks, or leaks of energy and that it have a beautiful shiny color.

You can jump, run, lie down and you’re grounding cord come with you easily.

Now put your hands in your laps, envision a large bubble with very bright neon color. See the bubble above your head, below your feet, behind you, in front of you and in either side, the distance from your body to the edges of your bubble should be 24 inches or more. Now check how your grounding cord and your aura interact perfectly. They intersect 24 inches or more down your feet, if you prefer you can change the color of your grounding cord that matches with your aura (bubble) be aware of the results.

Now you know how to ground yourself, do not worry if it is your first time and it is not easy to visualize or you do not feel you are grounded, this is an every day practice and with time, you can be aware of every result.
