Yesterday, I had coached a lady who was very depressed because she had to give up her dream and she was very unhappy with her family members as they pushed her to study a profession that she didn’t like. The consequence where that she hated her job, she cannot handle her coworkers, and she felt like she never can do anything else at 42. I help her to understand that it is never is too late to start again now that she divorced and as she never had kids, it is easy for her to take the time and do after her work what she always wanted to do. Now, I want to know if any of you had given up your dreams. Was it for someone else to achieve theirs? Or have you always had to push back those dreams because you were, for example, getting married, having kids, paying off debts, etc.? The Three Fundamentals for Good Health

Everyone wants good health, and you may not realize that it’s the little things that can make the most impact to get the health you want. Here today will be three fundamentals to get you stated! #1 - Food: Food is probably one of the most important things for your health, and even if you eat healthy, there can be some habits or symptoms that can be stopping you from having maximum health. If you see that a certain food is not being digested three hours after eating it that means your body is having a hard time digesting it. What you can do is reduce how much you eat, and if nothing changes, and your body still cannot handle it, you need to remove it from your diet.   You can also experiment with different types of foods; you get to see what leaves you feeling heavy, and what leave you feeling light. By making sure that at least 50% of what you eat is fresh fruits and vegetables, will feel lightness in your body. Also, if you eat late at night, wait at least three hours after

Who You Are

Big houses, fancy cars, newest technology, best job;   all are things that people want , and yes they can be nice and give us a good quality of life, but all those things (possessions) are NOT WHAT DEFINE YOU. In short, it’s not what you have that defines you- it’s who you are that defines you!   So, if you are a mean, rude, or cruel person, without or with very little of those possession’s, you will still be a mean, rude, or cruel person even if you have all those nice and expensive possession’s.   And if you are a nice kind, and caring person, you will still be a nice, kind, and caring person with all those nice and expensive possesion’s. Stop trying to show off to have friends, etc. by buying the newest, nicest, or biggest things. Do it for you, because it makes you happy, because at the end of the day, who you are will determine if all those connections you made will last – not your things.
