How to find balance between the I AM and me Like a Person

These days looks like we do not know the diference between the I AM and us like person; and there reason is because there is no difference between the two, we are I Am and a person, what we need to do is find the balance.
We have to remember that before been bodies we were spirit, If we do not come to the earth, how can we learn about illness, depression, frustrations, fear, and everything else? Living in the spirit world we do not have that things; we do not understand about pain or suffering, it is here where we can learn all about it.

Everytime that we are in a stressful situation, or we are feeling pain, or fear, or what ever emotion of desire comes into our minds; stop it by putting something positive or look in the positive side on it. Just do not accept that emotion. That is the way where you find the balance between the I AM and the person that you are.

If you do not stop your thoughts and feelings in the negative you continue in the same circle you must cut it down and look between your thoughts to find the solution. Maharaj said in his book "I AM" : "when you walk in a crowd, you do not fight every man you meet, you just find your way in between"; that is what we have to do with our thought and our feelings, remembering that they are the creation of our ego and the only thing we do when accepting it is give the power to him. When we fight our ego we never win , but when we find the way to go around it, he loses his power and we can be free from it and find our balance between person and I AM.


The same happens with all our relationships; we do not accept the negative things that other people say about you, remember you are your own master not the master on the situation, the only thing you can do is not accept the negativity that they say going around, understanding who that person is, and looking from the top what that person is dealing with in their life; feel compassion for them; in this way, what you are doing is freeing yourself from their thoughts and you are avoiding any negative action to that person. Being defensive in the past make you feel anxiety and even mad, by making the right choices in all situations, and leaving your mind apart to take action and act with your compassionate heart, you will find the wisdom in you.

Here is where we come to learn about all this negative things, and here is where we find balance leaving our minds alone and working with our hearts.
