Homemade Chocolate Spread

Chocolate- it is something just about everyone loves. You can put it on almost anything and it will taste absolutely devine. So with that in mind, I wanted to create something for this superfood that would taste both delicious and be vegan as well! It does not take long to make (maybe 5- 10 minutes max depending if you want it to be hot or cold) and depending on how much you make or use it can last to serve 4 or more! Here is the recipe below: 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder 1/2 cup of dates 3 tbsp olive oil 1 cup of boiled water 1 spoon of MySmartShake Whey Shake Base 1/2 spoon of MySmartShake Protein Booster 1/2 spoon of MySmartShake Fibergy Plus Directions: In a blender add the 1 cup of boiled water, 3 tbsp. of olive oil and 1/2 cup of dates. Blend. As it blends add the spoon in which is provided with the MySmartShake Whey Shake Base  into the blender and you can also use that same spoon to add the 1/2 MySmartShake Protein Booster  and   MySmartShake Fibergy Plus

Vegan pizza for dinner tonight. It is made with whole wheat pita for the crust, cold pressed extra- virgin olive oil for the sause, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, dried herbs for seasoning, and the Vegan cheese on top which is made with soy! Yum!!

The Combination of Plant- Based Diet, Supplementation, and Meditation

Plant- based diet, supplementation and meditation- the combination of the three has helped me in my life to both lose weight, and recuperate my health. Many people in their lives will get, like me, a disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoarthritis, etc. and it is all due to things we are doing, and the way we are eating. I started doing meditations, doing my groups, and writing my book about my journey in this life with my health, spiritualism, and connection with my higher self. Through meditation, I am more able to connect with my higher self, gain a better understanding of myself, and focus more on the things I need to do and how I should go about it. With the time as I began to be taking more and more medication, I realise that I need to do something for it to change.   As I began to research to find what I can do- as everyone knows that if you feed your body the right things, it can recuperate itself, I found that what I needed to do was take supplements. On the right, the two pictures are of the zucchini in my sisters garden back in August 20. On the left is the picture of the same zucchini harvested and ready to eat. The weigh 1.420 kg each! Defenately not something you will find in you grocery store!
