Our Thoughts?

We all are constantly working on improving ourselves, whether it is our appearances, skills, knowledge, etc. However, how many of us are working on our thoughts?

Our thoughts are more powerful then what we all may assume. They control our moods, what we see more of, and especially, attract what we think into our lives.  Because we attract what we think more of into our daily lives, to me personally, it is the most important one to work on. As, what we think and therefore attract, then leads to our mood (and how we react to it), and then what we end up seeing in our daily lives.

Moreover, if we learn how to be more in tune to what we think and change our thought according to what we want to attract, we can actually change our lives. And how is that possible you may ask? Well, for many of us, our minds are programed to the negative, and because of that 9 out of every 10 thoughts are negative.  However, we don’t only have 10 thought in one day; we have 50,000-70,000 thoughts in a day, meaning about 45,000-63,000 thoughts are negative.

So now that we know, what we think, we attract, how can we change that? We can start by listening to what we say and reading what we post as it can help us to become more aware of our negativity and be more focused to change it when we hear or see ourselves going to the negative. We can also do meditations and payers that focus on helping us to change this and gear us to thinking positively to have the life we deserve and dream of!
