Awaken

Observing without judging, means being attentive - "alert", to everything that happens around us, at every moment, at every moment.  That is the way we will be present, in the Now.  Without judging, criticizing, or even making negative comments regarding a situation or person, we will understand that each one has a different mission from ours.  Learning in this way when to stop in the midst of chaos, and remember that I Am, is the most important thing here and now.  That nothing that is around us is real;  because the only reality is: I Am

Observar sin juzgar, significa estar atentos - “alerta”, de todo lo que sucede a nuestro alrededor, a cada momento, en cada instante. De esa manera es que estaremos presentes, en el Ahora. Sin juzgar, criticar, o incluso sin hacer comentarios negativos con respecto a una situación o persona, pues estaremos entendiendo, que cada uno tiene una misión diferente a la nuestra. Aprendiendo de esta forma en qué momento detenernos en medio del caos, y recordar que Yo Soy, es lo más importante aquí y ahora. Que nada de lo que está a nuestro alrededor es real; pues la única realidad es: Yo Soy

Osservare senza giudicare, significa essere attenti - "vigili", a tutto ciò che accade intorno a noi, in ogni momento, in ogni momento.  Questo è il modo in cui saremo presenti, nell'Adesso.  Senza giudicare, criticare o addirittura fare commenti negativi su una situazione o una persona, capiremo che ognuno ha una missione diversa dalla nostra.  Imparare in questo modo in quale momento fermarsi in mezzo al caos, e ricordare che Io Sono, è la cosa più importante qui e ora.  Che nulla di ciò che ci circonda è reale;  perché l'unica realtà è: Io Sono
