Quick Burgers

Today I will start to share my recipies with you. The more important rules that I have it is: do not count calories, do not hate carbs, only eat real, healthy food and find ways to love every bit.

Quick Burgers

1 can black beans drained and rinsed
2 tbsp. Ketchup
1 tbsp. Yellow mustard
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion power
1/2 cup oats

Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper and set it aside.
In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly pureed but some half beans and bean parts are still left.
Stir in the condiments and spices until well combined. Then mix in the oats.
Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into thin patties.
Bake 7 minutes, carfully flip over, and bake other side for another 7 minutes, or until crusty on the outside. Slap onto a bun with extra condiments and enjoy it! This recipe some times i bbq it also.
