My Walk

My walk today was interrupted halfway through as there were two cougars drinking water by the creek today!
P.S I am not good at taking selfies! Haha

I AM

A friend of my (Lucy) give me the book "I Am That", which is a dialogue of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj where he said that the only thing that matter is the "I am". In the beginning when I start reading the book I feel that it was very interesting, but I know very well the I am that means that "I am who I am" after a little while I left the book with out understanding the more important meaning of all. One year later, (in September 2013) I was very ill and my dearest friend Les bring me to the hospital thinking that it was to much and that I needed medical attention fast.
