Very interesting!!

We watch this movie last night in Netflix. I know people are sugar addicts (and some don't even know it) and that is why I put this here for you to watch- it is very interesting and it makes us think what we are doing with our health and our children's health. Watch and let me know!!!

A friend of my (Lucy) give me the book "I Am That", which is a dialogue of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj where he said that the only thing that matter is the "I am".
